“I booked skiing and thermal baths from Krakow, however your local tour operator Legendary Krakow booked the wrong activity, and we didn't realise until our driver arrived. He contacted his boss by phone and the i was sent me some rather rude messages accusing me of booking a different activity and not informing them.....our children were being brought on this experience as a Christmas surprise and it was a really awful start to our day out......they offered a refund if we cancelled, but this was the whole reason for our trip to Krakow and there was no way I was cancelling......I have to say our driver Chris was fantastic, he…”
